"Excellent stay. Great breakfast. Impeccable room. Complementary coffee is room was very good though coffee in dining room is slightly better. Great location. Bathrooms may feel little small (for US travellers) but you get used to it very quickly. Excellent staff and service. Would love to return."

"Comfortable room, breakfast was very good, lobby and bar area alone are worth the stay. Only complaint is location is on the wrong side of the tracks. Not really a valid complaint, but wished I'd stayed on other side of the station."

"Only issue is that the room was cold since the central heating wasn't on yet, so they gave me a space heater which cannot be on while boiling water in the kettle, as it blew the fuse- which they attended to right away once I went up to reception. (unless calling thru scanning a code which can be a challenge with a pitch dark room without Windows.) Sometimes the Wi-Fi bounced out briefly. No desk (or fridge) in my room. Def manageable tho. Other than that- no complaints!! Perfect location and clean with everything else needed & great staff, for long or short stays..."

"Staff were nice, good location, great breakfast. Room probably could do with a bit of maintenance. TV is quite small. Had to ask housekeeping for a kettle with tea/coffee in room as we initially didn’t have this."
