Room with 3 beds was great. I don't think they were true queen beds though. The pool was always clean and nice size. Breakfast was the exact same everyday and decent. I wish there were fresh fruit options, yogurt or bacon though. They only had water out at breakfast one day. Overall close to everything we wanted to do.

The staff was very welcoming. We checked in late, which we were told was not a problem. Some friends drove up and met us at this hotel. We asked if we could play cards in the breakfast area. They told us yes. The young man at the desk offered us water. We felt welcomed and at home.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating for our 6 year old grandsons insulin needs and let us check in early so that we could refrigerate it during our first day in Branson. The temperature outside was so hot and even in our car with our cooler we feared the insulin would be ruined. Thank you so much!

Room was clean, beds comfortable, good sized tv. Shower pressure was good, water was hot, drained properly. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent, eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausages; waffles, bagels, bread/toast, oatmeal, cold cereal, oj and coffee. We did not get to use the pool during our visit but it looked decent. Only issues we had was our door sticking and making it tough to open, my husband didn't care for the floors - he prefers carpet, and one day of our stay the breakfast area was too full so we took our breakfast back to our room. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Branson in the future.

I loved the spacious room, and the availability to have 3 queen beds. The only complaint I would have is that we stayed 3 nights and they never emptied the trash or gave us fresh towels. We did call and ask for fresh towels on the evening of day 2 and they brought them right away, but the used ones were never picked up.

Great Value for the price. The walls are thin and at times it was loud. Breakfast room was crowded and not enough seating. Pool was nice. People with boats should not use the parking because it is narrow and it blocked my access to my room waiting for the person to figure out how to maneuver.

This is a decent hotel. We have stayed here twice now, each time for 3+ days. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and it’s easy to get to. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were cold and kinda watery, and the biscuits were very hard. There were other breakfast items to choose from (sausage, waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, and fruit).The staff kept the breakfast area clean. We didn’t use the pool or laundry. Overall, we would stay here again.
