The room we had was small but clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was very small. The complimentary breakfast was very good with hot food, juice, and many other choices. The dining area was very small, but the attendant was very nice. I believe we were in the older unit. There is another unit that appeared to be newer.

Everyone was really nice, pool was amazing, it was in walking distance to the track, ripleys, andys frozen custard if you wanted to you could walk to white water and some rooms had views of the ferris wheel breakfast was good but was busy and cramped

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was really easy to check in, and add days to our stay. The pool was open from 11am to 11pm. It is within walking distance from the titanic museum and restaurant options near by. It was very affordable conpaired to other hotels in the city.

Enjoyed the staff very nice. The only issue was the bathroom was so small. No cover lid on toilet to put clothes on and no counter there either. Also the helicopter pad was near them and very noisy when went by but done by 8 so could rest. Would stay there sgain though.

Oak inn was delightful! The woman who worked the front desk was so sweet and let us check in late since we were running behind due to traffic. The room was clean and cold which was very important to us since it was very hot outside. We had no issues!

The housekeeping was not great. When we walked into the room with our toddler there was a yellow pill sitting on the night stand. We open the fridge other peoples food in the fridge.

Nice little place to stay for the price. Location is perfect and close to everything. I have stayed at this hotel twice this year and the only negative was the room was too bright at night from the outside lighting for my liking. The first time wasn't like that. So I'm thinking it's from the way the curtains were hung.

Staff was nice. The rooms were nice but he had a smoke/musty smell. We sprayed it with room spray before leaving for dinner. Other then that it was close to everything. I was really worried bout the nose of the go cart take right out side our door. But nope not at all.
