Plan to bring everything you need for your stay - they don’t provide any complimentary items, no coffee packets, no shampoo, no conditioner, no trash bags, no Kleenex, nothing- and be sure to read the fine print as you are required to clean the room before check out or you are charged a huge cleaning fee! However I hope the guest before was charged a cleaning fee because my Luxury room with fireplace, jacuzzi tub, king bed, full kitchen was all a mess! It had not been cleaned or vacuumed before I arrived! I would not recommend staying here!

Good- price per night, onsite activities, location (from Branson). Room itself was clean, matched pictures. Bad- thin walls (can hear the water buffalos above us especially when flushing toilet), adults dropping young children off at pool area without supervision, half roll of toilet paper in room (put a spare new roll above toilet so we don’t have to ask for more). Lighting at night is dim, lots of kids running about (safety issue). Ugly- room not ready when we arrived at 6pm for 1hr (we drove for 6.5 hours, not what we wanted to hear), maintenance man unlocked our door and opened when we were sitting at table in living room. He apologized but still…ring the doorbell or knock first, food left in fridge still (thankfully not spoiled or stinky yet). Plethora of texts from front office, became annoying (ask if residents want to opt in or out of texts please).

3 hours late to getting our room ready, threw off our schedule by quite a bit, jacuzzi dirty, strong weed smells, amenities available but all close pretty early and disclaimers that they might close early if they feel like, tvs aren't modern, no streaming. Probably better suited for families with young ones who plan on not being in the hotel long and turn in early.

the check in was very disappointing. we drove 3 in a half hours was looking forward to relaxing when we got there and you even asked when we would get there which was 4pm for check in when we got there we were told the room was not ready and you would text us when it was ready so we drove around. we were on a limited budget so we did not have any plans that night. finally at 5:30 we got the text to pick up the keys of course I think that was when everyone else got the text too so we had to wait in line again. the room was great but not insulated very well we could hear the people beside us and the kids upstairs were running all over the place I feel you should have couples without kids in a building by themselves if possible. we were planning a nice getaway for our 22nd anniversary. but the room was very clean and very confrontable.

It was a pretty property the rooms needed better cleaning tho and the shower handle in the master bedroom was broken and only had cold water so it made our 4 day 3 night stay a little of a hassle. The food trucks were mostly closed during the stay so we had to travel into town for food.
