**Please Note: you must stop at the Stonebridge Welcome Center to get parking passes for your stay. Parking passes are $5 per night, per vehicle and must be paid at the Welcome Center upon arrival. Must show proof of filled out Amenities Pass (This will be sent to you with your check in information 3 days prior to arrival.)

We only provide starter consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, etc. If the starter supplies are not sufficient for your stay, please check out the nearest store to purchase more supplies for yourself and guests.

- **Parking**
- Please park in specified areas. Do not block driveways or park on the lawn.
- **Smoke-Free Property**
- This home and property are entirely smoke-free. Smoking or vaping on the premises is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including odor, a $300 fine will be imposed.
- **Remote Controls**
- Please ensure all remotes are left at the property. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing remotes after your stay.
- **Consumables**
- We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee. If these supplies are insufficient, please purchase additional items at any nearby store.
- **Quiet Hours**
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of the neighbors during these times.
- **No Pets**
- Pets are not allowed at this property. If evidence of pets is found, a $300 fine will be imposed.
- **Parties**
- Parties are not allowed on the premises.
- **Cleaning Fees**
- **Excessive Cleaning:** A fee will be charged for excessive cleaning if the property requires additional attention beyond normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Stained or damaged linens
- Excessive trash or leftover food removal
- Significant cleaning beyond standard cleaning practices
- The fee for excessive cleaning will be determined based on the extent of the cleaning required.
- **Long-Term Stays**
- For bookings exceeding 2 weeks, an inspection and a mid-stay cleaning will be required at your expense.
- **Security**
- Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
