"Well maintained and our room was nice, but we did have some frustration during check-in. We arrived around 3:20pm (check in is 3pm), and we were told that it'll be a few minutes while they get our room ready. In all it was over an hour before we got to our room (around 4:30). There was another group ahead of us waiting in the lobby when we arrived, and a few other guests seemed to check in and get a room immediately while we waited. I understand that things happen, but it was a long time to be kept waiting without any updates (things only seemed to move along once I went up to the desk and asked for an update)"

"The AC was very noisy and woke us up at night. The toilet would not stop running water. The TV remote wasn’t working properly. There was a large tear in the window blind. Not a hotel room I would want to go back to. "
