Good for Cost/Benefit with some quirks

Great place for the price. No major problems, and I would stay there again. There were some quirks however: 1) parking is only street parking and should have been advertised as such; 2) the couch did not open out to accommodate our 2 kids, it was just boxes underneath; 3) the shower did not drain well, and had a bit of an odor; 4) there was a sign saying a fee would be charged if we didn’t pick up our trash and wash our dishes, yet there was no drying rack, dish towel, or much space in the makeshift kitchenette, and that is just petty and tacky. But it was cheap, the location was great, the check in was easy, the room was spacious, and we were there for the city, not the room. So a good experience overall.

Horrible place to stay. Total dump. Parking in the area very difficult. The place was extremely outdated. Got bit up overnight by something. Bed was horrible. I would not recommend staying here for anything.

Nice studio in great location.

The apartment was easy to find near the Black Church. Parking not so easy on a Saturday, but we were able to unload right outside the apt so it was an easy walk back. The studio is fairly basic but more than adequate for a couple of nights. You are only 3 minutes walk from the main square in old town. Communication by WhatsApp was easy and prompt.

The apartment is perfect, and perfectly well located Communication with Vlad was also perfect, he was nice and very responsive BUT: sofa in the leaving room HAS to be replaced. It is dirty, old, there are suspicious germs or insects or moths or whatever inside, so it HAS to be changed. Otherwise everything was all right.

I didn’t even get to stay here and the property gave me no warning that it was a long weekend and that it would be super packed. All they told me was that “parking is tricky” after driving around in circles for an hour we decided to book a different hotel . When I let them know they only answered with a “👍” . No refund or anything

El lugar muy limpio y comodo, con cosas basicas si desas comer en la habitacion ( platos, cubiertos cafetera..) super central y facil para tomar el bus al tren. Super recomendado

L'appartement est très bien localisé et dans un quartier calme. L'appartement est propre et spatieux, mais un peu humide. Le matelat n'est pas du tout confortable. La communication de la part des propriétaires concernant l'accès à l'apparement (code d'accès, etc.) avant l'arrivée mérite d'amélioration.
