Room was not clean, shower had garbage in it, said I would get an email on how to check in prior to but I never did, luckily someone let me in at the front door but then I waited 30 minutes for the front desk worker to show up. There’s air conditioning, small kitchen.

Mindre enn det så ut til på bildene. Skuffet over at leiligheten ikke hadde kjøleskap. Litt slitt bad. Kunne vært litt renere. Hadde også vært fint med litt rengjøring og rene håndklær i løpet av en uke.. Beliggenheten er veldig bra. Kunne gå til absolutt alt vi ville.

The curtains didn't block all the light, so the room got bright early in the morning. It would also be better if there were a door between the living room and the bedroom. Our child goes to bed early, so a door would help keep the bedroom quiet. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay. The room was clean, the area around the hotel was nice, the Wi-Fi worked well, and check-in was easy and hassle-free.

I am going to be as objective as possible: 1. Property notified us that check in was at 3:00. This means that there is NO ONE there until 3:00. We could not get in to use a luggage room, etc. We went next door and waited with our bags for 6 hours (Moyo, the restaurant owned by the same person, is very good). 2. I wrote to ask what bus station was closest to the hotel - never got a response. 3. No elevator. Not that atypical in Europe but it would be nice to know when you have a lot of luggage. 4. Advertised as having air conditioning. We booked a 2 room suite (2 beds) for 3 and it was not air-conditioned. Even the woman at the desk was surprised to learn this. Had to go to another room, which had air conditioning but did not have 2 beds - only one bed and a sofa bed. No refund of our money (although we asked the woman to check for us). 5. No refrigerator in the new room that we booked. We had to use a common refrigerator on another floor. 6. No one on duty after 10:00 PM. EXTREMELY noisy neighbors and no staff to intervene for us. 7. Limited electric outlets and no charging ports. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean.

Staff were friendly and the room has everything you need and was very clean. There is also a shared kitchen space you can use. There are toiletries in the bathroom but I preferred using my own shampoo instead of the shampoo/shower gel that was provided. If you have a suitcase make sure to contact them in advance as you can store your luggage for free at a nearby hotel. We did this after checking out but not before checking in and spent 3 hours carrying the suitcase.

The location of this place is ideal. Conveniently located right by the opera and the heart of the old town. Easily reachable from the main station and close to public transport. This isn’t an apartment, nothing like an apartment. There weren’t even facilities to make drinks or any cups or glasses. This is a budget hotel room and nothing more than that. I didn’t sleep great as the pipes in the building were gurgling and banging all night and there was noise from outside from people downstairs in the evening and again early in the morning. Pillow was lumpy and desperately needs replacing. I found the 10am check out requirement a little mean too, given that on check in I was told to leave the room key as nobody would be there until 3pm. The room was however clean, easily accessible and reasonably priced given its location to the main tourist areas of Bratislava. It offered value for money and for one night it’s perfectly adequate. I don’t think I’d stay here again however.

This was one of the cleanest, brilliantly organised and cleverly laid out properties I ever stayed at. I travel a lot all over the world and stay in a range of 4* and 5* hotels and this place truly surpassed my expectations. A true gem right in the centre of Bratislava!❤️

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut für diese Preisleistung. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ausreichend und direkt frisch zubereitet. Endlich mal keine durchgelegenen Matratzen. Die Anlage ist ca 5min vom Hafen entfernt. Der Herr Jesus Christus segne jeden einzelnen der dort Ein und Ausgeht und alle die diese Anlage betreiben 🙏.

It was simple, but sufficient. Small kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. Bed was comfy. The TV didnt work, maybe the remote needed a new battery. There was a balcony, would be good in warmer weather. There were two full ashtrays on the balcony.
