With one of the best locations in Croyde, this two-bedroom property is a place to make new memories. Steps away is the slipway to the beach, or enjoy the South West Coast Path from your doorstep with spectacular views along the cliffs. Picturesque Croyde village is within 0.5 miles, where you can find a great selection of pubs, restaurants, local stores and a scrumptious ice cream parlour! In the summer months, enjoy the craft markets selling local produce. For surf enthusiasts Croyde beach is one of the best in the country and for beginners there is a choice of great surf schools. Saunton Sands Golf Club (3 miles) offers 36 holes of beautiful championship-links golf open to visitors. Enjoy a day out on your push bikes on the 180 miles of off-road cycle paths on the Tarka Trail with cafes and pubs along the way.
Enter the ground floor open plan living room with well equipped kitchen and separate dining area which has double French doors opening onto the fabulous decked terrace with comfortable furniture and barbecue, perfect for leisurely al fresco meals or evening drinks whilst watching the spectacular sunsets.
