"The breakfast was wonderful! Except for the pancake machine. That thing was ridiculously slow and made tiny pancakes. But they were super tasty together with the maple syrup and hazelnut cream. The AC didn't really work, so it was a bit warm in the room. Though, i don't know if we could change the setting. The TV in the room was awesome. We could watch South Park on its web brower. And everything else was in the room was super nice. Except we had a couple of uninvited guests. Two cute ants."

"My stay the Hermitage in Prague had been just amazing. The location was perfect. Close enough to be able to walk into the Old Town and beyond, but in a quiet location, close to amenities. public transport and lots of restaurants.My room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast had a great variety of choices and all were delicious! The staff were wonderful and particularly worth mentioning were the staff on reception who went above and beyond to be helpful, flexible and sincerely interested in helping visitors with any issue big or smile. Can't say enough about my wonderful stay at this hotel."

"Hotel was quiet, clean, and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. The Expedia website offered this room to 3 people, but there were only 2 twin beds. Our 9 year old had to sleep between us, so it was a bit cramped for 3 people to sleep in what amounted to a double bed. Breakfast was overpriced for what was offered. The front desk staff could learn to smile and be a bit more friendly, with the exception of one person. I was told his name is Moe and he is fantastic! Very friendly, helpful, customer-service oriented, and gave us tips on free parking in the area. It was a small room, but it served our needs for the 4 days that we were there and the price was reasonable."
