A perfect place for a winter vacation in a truly luxury ski-in/ski-out location with easy access to downtown Breckenridge. A six-person chair lift and the gondola are steps from the doorway. Best location in Breck, most comfy sleeper sofa.

The unit is wonderful it had the most comfortable sleeper sofa A+. It is the best location in Breck if you are into great skiing and relax. We will be back!!

Breck Grand 7 stay

We really enjoyed the location at Grand 7! It was an easy walk from the condo to the lockers to the slopes in the AM, at lunch, and coming in for the day. We liked the double head shower as well! Underground heated parking was great, especially during our stay as we received so much snow. Overall, Grand 7 is the place to stay if you are trying to maximize your time on the slopes.
