- Just a short saunter to all the restaurants, shops and bars of Main St. Breck! 1 block from Carter Park mnt. biking, 2 blocks from grocery/liquor store. No better location in town!!! Cute, ground floor condo with bike and ski theme giving it a boutique-y feel. Petite, 700 sq. ft. but comfie non the less. Best value going for a walkable downtown Breckenridge stay!
