This updated 2 bedroom and 2 bath, two-level condo located within walking distance to the Quicksilver ski lift at the base of Peak 9 and Breckenridge Ski School is the perfect location for your Breckenridge vacation. This superbly located and well-appointed condo is walking distance to Main Street's many shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as the popular Arts District and Riverwalk.

Rental includes access to an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, steps away from the condo. The pool clubhouse, which is newly renovated, includes a changing area with showers.

Pool and hottubs are closed for maintenance: Sept 14 - Nov. 21, 2025

Underground garage parking for one car is included with the rental, as well as one permit for short-term parking in Snow Drop Condominium designated parking spaces. Ski lockers are conveniently located in the garage.

Sleeping Accommodations
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private deck. The second bedroom includes twin bunkbeds, and a trundle bed. The living room sofa can be converted to a full bed.

Two full baths. One on first floor, one on second floor.

Fantastic summer getaway

We stayed for almost a week with 2 kids (5+9) and loved it. The place is wonderful - very clean, convenient, cozy and beautiful. The perfect family getaway with wonderful hosts. Thank you for recommendations on stuff to do and see - I pray we can come back!

Condo is great for four people. Condo is very clean. Location is great - walking distance to conference at Beaver Run Resort (fun cut through the woods and next to river). And walkable to Main Street with all the great shopping and restaurants.

The property was exactly what we needed for a family getaway.

Great place to stay in Breckenridge. We were able to walk to Main Street and hiking in the mountains. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It was perfect and hard to leave. We would love to come back some day.

Breck Getaway

Paul and Camille have a wonderful property. Great location and all the amenities. Pool and Hot tubs were perfect at the end of the day. Very responsive and very detailed. Highly recommend this property any time of year.

Cozy condo, wonderful location!

My family and I stayed this past weekend and had an amazing visit. Camille was extremely communicative and we had no issues accessing the property. The condo is clean and roomy, perfect for a family. The location was amazing… we walked to everything on Main Street the whole weekend. Having access to the pool and hot tubs was also a plus, as they were very nice! My family and I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Clean, comfy, and close to the slopes

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, and we loved that it was 5 mins from Main Street and also 5 mins from the quicksilver lift. The condo has a nice ambiance and the TV in the living room was bigger than it looked in the pictures.

Great Condo close to downtown!

What a great condo to rent in Breckenridge! Within walking distance to downtown and within a minutes drive to many hikes. Camille was very attentive and communicated well. Would highly reccomend!

Great accommodation and location

Our family of 5 (two adults, three kids, aged 10, 7, and 5) had a great time at Camille's place! The host was very communicative, the unit is exactly as listed, and the location was great. Camille's husband came by to fix a window when we first arrived and was incredibly helpful giving us recommendations for restaurants, and information about the bike race we were in town for. The two balconies were very enjoyable, and our kids especially loved the pool and hot tubs. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Vacation

Very clean and beautifully remodeled! All beds were super comfy and the kitchen very well stocked. The fireplace was really great as it snowed everyday we were here! Just a block to main street so easy to walk to restaurants and things to do. The hot tub access was great for sore muscles! Inside parking was also a bonus due to the snow. Even our large vehicle fit in the parking spot. Loved the balcony on each level! Owner super responsive even though it was just light bulbs that needed changing. This was a great place for a reasonable price. Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing Breck Getaway

The condo was perfect! Larger than my husband and I needed but we like space 😆 Kitchen fully stocked, pantry with spices, condiments, coffee, filters. Views off balcony beautiful. Provided lots of towels, tp, toiletries. Hot tubs were a welcome indulgence after backpacking 4 days. Great location and I can’t say enough good things. Hosts were responsive and answered area questions. We would stay here again, next time longer. Highly recommend!

Great stay for girls trip!

My friends and I stayed here for our annual snowboarding trip. It fit all five of us comfortably and was in the perfect location. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay! Plenty of beds for us all to sleep in and the living room was spacious enough for us all to hang out and watch tv while we recovered from a day of snowboarding. The parking garage with the ski locker was very convenient for us to park the car and leave all of our gear overnight. The quicksilver lift was about a 10 minute walk and we even saw a moose one morning on our way to the lift! In the evenings, we did the 10 minute walk to town to do a some shopping and have dinner. We were all very happy with our stay!

Great ski vacation with family!

This property was as advertised! It was very clean and had everything we needed and more for our stay. The stairs were a bit challenging while loading and unloading of the vehicle. They were also not friendly after a day on the slopes. But really not a huge deal as this condo is only on the second floor with stairs in the condo as well! The walk into town was not too long and was very convenient. The walk to and from the Quicksilver on peak 9 was not too long either. But we chose to use the free shuttle most days which has a stop very close to the condo. Hauling ski gear around was easier with the shuttle. Overall a great experience and would rent this condo again!
