Peak 9 - Walk to Ski Slopes & Main St - Hot Tubs, Pool, Fireplace

This 2 Bedroom + Loft / 1.5 Bath Condo sleeps 6 comfortably. It has cozy leather furniture, gas fireplace, a deck off living area and master bedroom, large HD TV, and free WiFi.

This is a third-story unit with vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, and lots of light.

The perfect location! In just minutes, you can walk to the high-speed ski lift at Peak 9, or to Main Street for dining, shopping, and nightlife. There is no need to drive around and look for parking.

On the main level, there is a master bedroom with queen bed, and a full bathroom with large shower.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with queen bed, a loft with day bed and pull-out trundle bed, and a half-bath (sink and toilet).

The upgraded swimming pool and hot tub facility (4 hot tubs) is located right across the parking lot from the condo.

The condo is great for couples or families. Games and DVDs are provided. There is a Ski Locker and free Laundry on ground floor.

Fully remodeled inside and outside with all new kitchen and master bathroom, new carpet, new paint, and new TV's. It looks fantastic!

• Sorry, not even small and/or well-behaved dogs are allowed.
• This is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator.
• This is a non-smoking condo.
• There is no air conditioning, but there are many fans.
• Grills are not allowed in the complex.
• The ski resort is typically open into May, but Peak 9 may close around mid-April.
• The swimming pool area is sometimes closed mid-May and early November for 2 weeks each.

Great location - easy path to the base of Peak 9 and short walk to the top of Main St for shopping/dining. Kids loved the heated pool and adults loved the hot tubs after skiing. Good communication from owners on process/policies for the stay. Would definitely rent here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo! The check in process was smooth. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! It is in a great location, within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping! The pool and hot tub area is right across the parking lot and is nice and updated! I definitely recommend this wonderful Breckenridge condo!

Everything needed was close

This property has everything we needed. We were walkable to pick up ski rentals, or get to Quicksilver Chair lift, or to walk to Main Street for dinner. The condo had everything for a family of 5 to enjoy each other or have our own space. Loved it, and hope to be back.

Home away from home

We absolutely LOVED the Timbernest condo. The property is so comfortable and well-appointed for cooking & relaxing. Special bonus was the collection of games & puzzles. We enjoyed being able to walk to ski lifts as well as town for restaraunts & shopping. The condo is not fancy or over-the-top luxury. Instead, we found our stay more like enjoying the comforts of home!

Great features, great location.

Our family made some core memories this weekend, and this condo made it easy. Kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were clean and well-stocked. The Quicksilver lift is less than a 5-minute walk (pro-tip- get there before 9am to avoid long lesson-related lines). The hot tubs were a welcome finish after we had skied our legs off. The smart-TV and fireplace made it easy to snuggle in for evening movies as we wound down. We would happily be come back for our next Breck trip.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The place was nicely stocked, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was a real treat too, after a long day of exploring. This condo was centrally located while still seeming very private, with views of trees and no upstairs neighbors. The hosts provided very thorough communications prior to check-in, making the process feel seamless.

Great stay at Breck

Very clean and well laid out and appointed. Short walk to the peak 9 ski lift. Love the high ceilings and great view. Very convenient to local grocery stores, restaurants and ski rental shops. Ground level ski locker was very convenient.

Wonderful Breckenridge Stay!

We loved this condo - perfect for our family of four! It is well designed and decorated for a ski vacation get away. Loved the storage bins and options for all the ski gear. So close to the Breckenridge downtown, so great for those who don't ski as well! We would definitely stay there again - thinking about a summer trip in the years to come.

This is t technically ski in ski out but an easy 4 min walk will take u right to the base of qucksilver lift. If your kids are taking ski school sign up for “village base” area because it is right there as well! We parked and never had to move our car because it was another 5 min walk to main steeet in breck! All the shopping and restaurants were right there and we had the best time! Hot tubs right across the parking lot was perfect after a long day on the slopes! Kitchen fully stocked for a night in dining. Thanks again!

The property was a great fit for our family of five. The ski school and lifts were only a three minute walk away. The hot tub and pool had warm temps. Long walk to slopes - short walk to shuttle

Nice accommodations, but it's not a short walk to the slopes, it's a short walk to the free shuttle to the slopes. The description should indicate that this is a 3rd floor unit. One member of our group had difficulty climbing the steps secondary to cardiac issues. The unit itself was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful family stay

Property is in a great location with everything within walking distance. Kids could stay by themselves upstairs and parents had privacy downstairs with the separate bedroom. Everything was comfy and felt like a great escape.
