Ski-In/Ski-Out Mountain Condo, Hot Tub, Garage!

  • This two bedroom condominium is one of our best locations, and it's close to everything. Located at the base of the Snowflake chair lift, it is an easy two minute walk to the lift each day. When you're not skiing, it's just three blocks from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. This condo is highlighted with contemporary furnishings and an open living area and dining room. Guests really love the serenity of the quiet wooded backdrop and the nearby mountain stream in the summer. Complex amenities include underground heated parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, shared gas grills, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, private ski lockers and elevator access.

    *No Pets, No Smoking and No Air Conditioning

    We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
