Incredible Location

We loved our stay at The Victorian! It is a short 2 block walk to the gondola & steps from amazing shopping/dining/etc. The home was spacious enough for our family to spread out but cozy enough for a movie night by the fire. The kitchen was well appointed & had everything necessary to pull together an Easter meal. Can’t wait to book again!

Wonderful vacation house

Fantastic house! Great amenities, tastefully decorated and amazing location and Mountain views. Very convenient and easy walk to town. Absolutely loved the hot tub! Will definitely rent this house again!

Incredible location and mountain views

Top notch place - 2 blocks from the Gondola, 50 yards to Main St. Comfortable furniture, great kitchen, SUN, all amenities. Skiers paradise.

This is a great house in a great location for skiing. Living room is pretty small

We only had 5 people and it was great if we would have had anymore it would have been pretty crowded in the kitchen and living room. Would definitely stay here again!!

Victorian with a great view

We stayed two weeks at the Victorian and you cannot beat the location. Just a short walk from the Gondola which suited our family perfectly since they like to ski Peaks 6 and 7. Also you are a very short walk to the Main Street and close to the bars, restaurants and shopping. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings simple but adequate. From the living area there is a fantastic view of the mountains. The heated two car garage is a real bonus as we could dump skies and boots there after a day of skiing. One thing to note is that from the garage you up a sets of stairs to the bedrooms and another set of stairs to the kitchen/dining/family gathering area and another set of stairs takes you to the last bedroom on the top floor. It took us a few days to not be out of breath going up all the stairs!

Great location and beautiful view!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house is beautiful and the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to everything to enjoy Summer in Breck. It was unusually cold the weekend we were there and it could not have been more perfect. We really enjoyed watching the storms rolling over the mountain while sitting in the hot tub. Great experience overall!

Perfect for our ski vacation

Ski vacation, Feb 2023. The Victorian is located 2 blocks from the Breck Connect gondola--just walk out the heated garage to the lifts. Hot tub was essential and worked well and was clean. Bedrooms were all nice and comfortable. Our dog Reggie was very happy that he was able to accompany us,

Excellent ski in ski out home walkable to Gondola and Main Street

Annual Family Gathering

Enjoyed the close proximity to town - my family of 6 adults and 2 dogs fit comfortably in this home. Two car garage. Easy access in and out. Cool mountain air mornings sitting on back porch looking at Mountains was fantastic- we would definitely come back and stay- my husband said I chose a winner with this rental!!

annual girls trip!

My girlfriends and I have stayed here (now 2 years in a row) for the Breckenridge half marathon. It is the perfect location! Excellent amenities. We cooked dinner in on Friday night & went out on Saturday. Easy to walk everywhere downtown. The deck has amazing views and the hot tub is great! Excellent amenities also provided for the showers. No need to travel with body wash or shampoo/conditioner as they had full sized bottles of nice quality shower necessities

The view from the deck was stunning, and we enjoyed sitting out there every day. Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying at The Victorian and the house did not disappoint. The location is so close to town. We come every year for Oktoberfest and it is an easy walk back and forth to the festivities. The house is in excellent condition and all of the amenities we could ask for. The views from the balcony are unbeatable. We love staying at this house! The only thing to consider staying at this house is you must be able to handle stairs! It's a bit of a work out packing in and out.

Hot tub water was low, grill didn't heat up despite us having to switch propane tanks. Upstairs mattress too short for adults.The upholstery on the Futons did not look clean. Rental agency friendly and responsive but we got tired of asking for help every day. Great house for 4 adults and two kids if better prepared.

You can walk to everything, but also if you are like me and have a hard time adjusting to the altitude it was an easy drive to park. The hot tub has a great view of pretty much everything. I’m pretty picky on my mattresses and I was comfortable. I have four kids, and they loved having their own area upstairs. Bathrooms in every room was convenient as well. Having a garage was nice to keep our suburban out of the snow. If you want to get on the slopes, it’s a convenient walk to the gondola. We had a fox regularly come to the home which was pretty neat. The house was very well thought out for your needs. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

Perfect for us - we'd stay here again!

The Victorian is a very nice property, and we'd certainly stay there again. We initially chose it because it seemed to be the nicest and most conveniently located dog-friendly house we could find in Breck. There were only three of us, and we had more than enough room to spread out, even more than we needed. This house would work well for a larger family, or up to three couples, if one didn't mind sleeping in twin beds. Although it's a victorian, the home is updated with a vaulted living area, modern appliances and an open kitchen/dining/family layout, so you won't feel like you're at Grandma's. The lower level master addition is also vaulted, with a fireplace and large bath. The house has a cozy mountain decor, the beds were all comfy, and the fireplaces and hot tub all worked well. The back deck, where the hot tub sits, has an excellent view of town rooftops and the slopes. The two-car, heated garage was a big plus, especially on those single-digit mornings. The location was perfect, as it sits just half a block off of North Main. From the garage, one only needs to cut though an adjacent lot to be on Main. It's a short walk to the gondola, and our morning dash to Daylight Donuts was a great way to start each day. :-) There was also a resident neighborhood fox, who was a delight to watch. My only cautions would be in regard to the stairs and the heating. The main way to access to the property is via the garage, and there are two flights of stairs to get to the main living area, with one more to the upstairs bedroom. So, if you have someone in your party who can't manage stairs well, this probably isn't the house for you. The only other issue we had was managing the temperature. The radiant floor heating is great, but getting a handle on temp regulation was a bit tricky. There are fans and space heaters, and we used them both. We also brought some extra blankets, and I'm glad we did. Overall, it's a great house in a great location!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location & size of this rental was fantastic. River Ridge Rentals Management Company was top notch with their communication & responsiveness. We appreciated that it was pet friendly since we were traveling with our 10 lb. non-shedding fur baby, however, you must be okay with LOTS of dog hair in order to stay here. All of the bedding has some level of dog hair (from a little to a LOT) & the sofa was covered in hair. It could really use some updating & new carpet.

Fantastic house, fantastic location, fantastic management company

By far the nicest home we have ever found on Vrbo! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The beds were firm and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The communication with the management company was easy as pie, and whenever a problem did arise, which was rare, the management company responded immediately.
