This condo checks all the boxes for a cool Breck vacation: It’s less than a five-minute stroll to the Quicksilver lift and ski school on Peak 9 and just a bit further to the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Guests have access to seasonal heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. And it’s bright, airy and cozy. It’s truly a great choice!

Timbernest Blue Spruce Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that’s perfect for small families or groups of up to four people. The living area features large windows and a gas fireplace, along with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating. Step out onto the deck to be surrounded by pines. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate dining area with seating for four at the table and another two at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, access to central laundry facilities on the premises, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Comfortable and cozy condo, well situated in Breck. Walkable to downtown shopping, restaurants and activities. Check-in was a piece of cake. Kitchen was adequate for a short stay and the bed was fine.

Cozy getaway

Perfect couple getaway!

We loved our stay in this property! It was perfect for a couple with a well equipped kitchen and great location. We were a short walk from everything Breckenridge has to offer. We found a couple really nice hikes just south of Breck off Highway 9.

Excellent property - super convenient to Quicksilver lift which is less than 5 mins away. Ski locker for all your gear on ground floor and free laundry. Would stay here again!

The condo was clean and in a nice location. There were lots of things to do nearby. They included some kitchen essentials which was nice. I deducted a star for the following reasons: The refrigerator wasn't working, and we had to throw our food out. The staff is nice, but communication with them was a little confusing since they communicated outside of VRBO. I had to keep checking VRBO, my email, and my phone to make sure I wasn't overlooking something. It also seemed like every time I communicated with them it was a different employee. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Great BRECK Vacation

I thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was a great location for access to the lifts and town. I parked my car Sunday afternoon and didn’t need to use it all week. The unit was well equipped and clean. I hope to return next year.

Very scenic, beautiful, amazing location, and excellent condo!! Only wish we would have known that there were no elevators or multiple levels. My husband has had multiple hip surgeries and would have request first floor. Otherwise, 10/10!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Breckenridge several times. We like to walk to dinner and shopping. We were able to do just that from Timbernest. The condo was a good size for the two of us. The bathroom area was a bit small. The tub/toilet area was very uncomfortable due to the small area.

Summit Mountains response to a problem is not good

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures had a BBQ pit and nice deck with 2 chairs. There was no BBQ pit and chairs. The refrigerator was not working so in our 3rd day the maintenance man came with a cooler and ice for us (after we threw out food we had purchase on the way) The maintenance man was very very nice and good so no complaints but it took a long time and they never responded to our concerns. The condo was nice and well stocked but the responsiveness of Summit Rentals was terrible. I was not sure how we got hooked with Summit as we booked through VRBO. Other VRBO experiences have been pretty good in the past.

Perfect condo and perfect location!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights at the beginning of June and everything was absolutely perfect. It was our second time to Breckenridge, but had stayed in a different condo previously, and ended up being so happy that we chose this one for this trip! The space was perfect. We loved the full kitchen for cooking meals, the large family room and of course the balcony overlooking the backyard. It was beautiful and quiet, and the PERFECT location!! The walk downtown was quick, and we loved how some trailheads were easily accessible as well - we didn’t have to drive anywhere! We plan to escape to Breckenridge every year, and will definitely be booking this condo for our next day! Thank you so much for everything!
