About this property
Tranquil, quiet, in the middle of nature - between Bremen and Bremerhaven
After a 600 meter driveway you will find a 75 m² apartment (56 m² cooking, dining and living area) with a wood burning stove, a sofa bed and a bedroom (9 m²) with double bed and a 10 m² bathroom with shower and bath. A free parking space is located directly at the separate entrance.
A small front garden with sitting area, a large, park-like natural garden with pond and many contemplative places, with various seating, invite you to relax right on the property.
The apartment is bright and friendly and offers on two sides an undisturbed view of the pond and the wonderful nature.
5 minutes from the beach in Sandstedt, in the countryside, without traffic noise, without neighbors. Only nature, us (Stefanie and Timo), two horses, three dogs .. and you. Bremen is, just like Bremerhaven, only 30 minutes away by car. The artists' village Worpswede can be reached in 40 minutes, Oldenburg in 60 minutes and Hamburg in about 90 minutes.
Important: The farm is not accessible by public transport.

Ich war nun schon zweimal in dieser wundervollen Wohnung.. Ich bin immer wieder begeistert… im Dezember und Februar waren es insbesondere der Ofen, der mich angezogen hat… auf Empfehlung der Vermieter bin ich im Mai wiedergekehrt, um die wunderschöne Landschaft zu erkunden.. ein Traum .. Ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen… Super freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter und das komplette Gesamtpaket an Wohlfühlen garantiert.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hübsch und es ist unglaublich viel vorhanden (Küchenausstattung, Waschmittel, Bücher, Spiele etc.). Es gibt neben der Elektrischen Heizung auch einen Holzofen 😍 für wohlige Wärme! Die einzige Schwierigkeit ist die sehr sehr steile Treppe zur Wohnung, die ein ausgebauter Dachboden ist. Für Kinder oder ältere Menschen vielleicht zu mühsam. Der Hausherr ist sehr behilflich bei den Koffern und die Hausherrin ist auch sehr zuvorkommend. Wenn man mobil und gut zu Fuß ist, ist es eine sehr hübsche und heimelige Unterkunft.

Ruhiger Urlaub mitten im Grünen
sauber, wie in der Beschreibung, groß, gut ausgestattet, ruhig, trotz kalter Außentemperaturen gut heizbar. Einziges Manko für eventuell empfindliche Menschen: Das 2. Klappsofa ist nicht so bequem, als dass man dort mehr als einige Nächte schlafen möchte. Für Kurzaufenthalte aber geeignet.
