"Front desk staff good. Restaurant good as well. The room however left much to be desired. I could not get any heat as the thermostat did not work. They are replacing them apparently. Who knew that heat is a hotel was optional ??"

"There was an inaccurate representation of what room I was booking and when I challenged this they at first told me I’d have to pay an upgrade, but they quickly changed this once they realised I was not at fault and gave me an upgrade far better. Lovely place to stay and I’d stay again"

We walked down to the town to take public transport it was safe enough, we had a nice meal by the river. The area is deliberately targeted by gangs of thieves in motorbikes.

Brentford may not be as close to London as people may want too...but its just a few minutes away on the metro. nearby local business are very friendly and it looked very safe. I felt safe enough to ride the metro, the bus and walk around til 1 am.
