The rental has a garden with a 32 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue/plancha and access to a heated collective swimming pool, (heated to 25°C in winter and 28°C in summer). Within the house itself, you will find an iron, a hairdryer, board games and a television. As for the open-plan kitchen, it is equipped with induction hobs, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, an oven, a kettle, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a toaster.



For greater convenience, you will have two private outdoor parking spaces near the accommodation. On the site, it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles – risk of general power outage. Charging points are available in the city.
