"We had a lovely stay in Apartment 1. The accommodation is very new and everything was immaculate and finished to a luxurious standard. "We didn't choose this hotel. Our other accommodation cancelled the day before and Hotels.com found this option for us. I wouldn't have chosen a family hotel but we were desperate. Housekeeping was erratic - one day they emptied the bin, another day they made the bed, one day they cleaned the bathroom. Saggy mattresss & a gap between the bed and the wall so the pillow disappeared. Breakfast buffet excellent & lovely breakfast staff. When we went to use the indoor pool, there was nobody on reception. After a few minutes, I went to the main hotel reception & asked them to call the wellness staff. It was clear from her tone on the phone that she was being rude about people complaining. When I returned to the pool, the wellness staff member was rude. The lockers in the changing rooms don't have keys. We were told "kids stole them." There is no private changing room: I was told if I wanted privacy to go in the shower cubicle. The pool is OK but was always packed so we couldn't swim. We paid our tourist tax the night before leaving due to an early start. On departure we returned the swipe card & were asked if we had ordered a lunchbox to go - we hadn't because we hadn't been made aware we could. We would definitely have taken one because of missing breakfast. The rooms at the back are called "park view" but there is no park. There is a carpark which is noisy with frequent delivery trucks leaving the engine running. Also, there is a constant rumble of hotel air-con 24-hours a day."

"Staff was friendly and provided information about the surrounding area. Room was comfortable and a good size, balcony was nice. The view was just of an apartment building, though, nothing like the photo shown. Parking lot is large with enough spaces for everyone. Rooms are not very isolated for sound. We could hear conversations, children playing, people walking, etc very clearly in our bedroom but ear plugs muted it enough to sleep without issue. Hot water takes a long time to get warm. Kitchen is well stocked with the basics. I would recommend and would stay there again, but take ear plugs if you sleep early."

"Everything was quite. Just a waren up at 2.30 missed and on asking why, I was told that the receptionist rang the room number. But no sound was heard and anyway, one should wait until the person answers. Or go to the room. Also last minute on leaving I was told to pay the local tax, which one could have done on arrival or when visiting the reception. The prebooked lunchpaket was forgotten to be handed over early morning. Everything else was excellent."

"Microwave did not work in cabin. Housekeeping took all dirty towels on 3rd day as we were told but when we returned late that evening we found they only gave us several new towels & it was not enough for the 5 of us in reservation yo shower. Went to front desk to get towels & was told he could not get them to us til the following day. SUPER over priced to wash & dry laundry in tiny washer/dryers. "

"After checking in, our room key did not work, so we had to return to the lobby. One staff member initially explained it as a system issue, but another staff later corrected it, saying it was simply a mistake. Later, we came back to the lobby to look for drinking water, as none was provided in the room. Unlike most hotels we stayed at during this trip, there were no complimentary bottles, vending machines, or nearby convenience stores available. At check-out, a staff member asked us to pay for the stay again, even though it had already been fully prepaid through Expedia. I had to show the reservation and payment confirmation before another staff member stepped in and resolved the situation. Overall, the staff seemed unfamiliar with basic procedures, which caused unnecessary delays and stress. This ultimately affected our schedule, as we had to rush to continue our trip to Plitvice Lakes National Park. In addition, the hotel did not match the expectations set by the photos online. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here"
