- 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo Located in the Ski In/Ski Out Evergreens condominium complex. First floor unit, no stairs. Drive to front door unload/load. Ski right to front door off the Alpen Way run. Easy walk to chair 8 or 1. Perfect for summer and exploring the national parks. Includes 1 space in underground garage. Bigscreen TV in Living Room w/Netflix. Flatscreen in room 2. Leather couch with 3 fold flat recliners. Fully stocked kitchen. Great view of the mountain off the deck.
The Ski out is really only valid when the parking lot has snow. But, its an easy walk to chair 8 or 1. See Map in the pics. Unit Includes 1 parking space in underground heated garage. Other parking available. Sauna and Game room located in the Club House. Prime Location for Winter or Summer Fun. Adjacent to Bristlecone Pond for fishing and Play area including Basketball court. Come find out why we have named our mountain retreat "Altitude Adjustment".
