The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals. You’ll find two coffee makers (K-Cup Keurig and Mr. Coffee), a coffee grinder, kettle, and rice cooker, along with all the essentials for preparing your favorite dishes. Our place is in the heart of Brian Head. You can walk to almost everything. But you can take you ATV or UTV or get some peddling in and take your bike around.

Please note that VISTAY is not responsible for inadequate vehicle arrangements. Guests are responsible for providing proper transportation (i.e., 4WD or chains) and for any related expenses due to lack of preparedness, such as towing.

4WD and snow tires or chains are highly recommended from December through the end of March, or whenever snow is present. Thank you for ensuring safe and suitable travel arrangements!

-Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
