Step into this remarkable two-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-story loft, ideally situated just across the street from the Giant Steps ski lodge in Brian Head, Utah. The expansive windows offer breathtaking views of the ski resort and Brian Head peak. This condo accommodates up to 12 guests, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends seeking a cozy yet modern mountain getaway.
The main level features tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings, including a master bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed and a smart TV for entertainment. The full-sized bathroom on this level boasts heated floors for added comfort. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a spacious pantry, while a convenient washer and dryer complete the amenities. The living room is adorned with a gas fireplace, a generous sectional couch, and a large smart TV, creating a perfect space to unwind after a day of skiing. The main level also offers a private balcony with a gas BBQ and seating area for enjoying the crisp mountain air.
Ascending the stairs leads to the loft space, featuring a built-in bunk bed with a queen-sized mattress on the bottom and top, along with a pull-out couch and another smart TV. The second bedroom on this level boasts two plush queen-sized beds and a smart TV. The full-sized bathroom with heated floors and a jetted tub is perfect for relaxation. -Please always make sure to close the garage door to avoid water and pipes to freeze during winter season
-Do not touch spa controls,
