About this property

Welcome to The Modern Mountain, a brand-new ski-in/ski-out condo!

  • Over 2000 ft.² of luxury living space divided between two floors.

    The first floor has a large living room with a 75 inch flatscreen TV that’s connected to Wi-Fi. It also has a private sauna, a laundry room, and three bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. The sectional contains a queen size pullout bed. While two of the rooms have a queen beds, the third room has full over full bunkbeds.

    The second floor has the kitchen and dining room. with seating for eight at the large table. There’s four additional seats on the barstools at the countertop. The upstairs living room, has a sofa and two swivel chairs, a 65 inch flatscreen TV connected to Wi-Fi, and a gas fireplace. The accordion doors open completely onto the balcony. Also, the second floor is the fourth bedroom containing a queen size bed with her en suite bathroom.
