"This is basically a motel. A very old and worn down building. The room smelled like that chemical that's supposed to mask cigarette smoke. Also, looks like it's not the best part of town. The crowd looked a bit sketchy. I would not take my family here."

"It was right next to the freeway. Convenient to local shopping centers, eating places, parks and hiking trails. Dog friendly with well maintained dog friendly landscape and provided lots of personal space and privacy. I would stay there again on our next visit to Los Angeles County."

"The room was clean and the staff were helpful and accommodating."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel from the second we checked in and when we left. The lobby some how always smells soo good and has the nicest staff to greet you. We were able to pay the deposit+parking once we got there so we didn't have to worry about parking cost every day. We didn't check out the restaurant while we were there but the smells from that smelt just as good. The room service was quick to come up and help us upon request as we had a minor error with our TV but it was fixed in...

"The staff were warm, friendly and attentive!"

"They overcharged the room"

"Nice breakfast."

"On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry."

"We needed to make n change reservations. The front desk person was wonderful to say the least. We shall stay here again when in the neighborhood."

"All Good"

"Very clean and beautiful!"

"This is an older property but well maintained. Did not care for the breakfast situation. It is not a buffet where you get what you want and get out quick. They seat you and serve you. Some may like that. We have stayed here before when it was a buffet and it was excellent. We would stay here again though."

"Clean room, separate living snd bed room."

"They charge for WiFi house keepers are rude I had a major surgery I would hit out bed so this hotel apparently everyone needs to be out of the room so they can enter and clean at least the bathroom cleaner stuff are horrible my daughter try to explain the cleaning worker I had a major surgery that why I was still on bed she just ignore my daughter abs walk away with a rude tone I can’t clean then horrible experience for the amount of money I pay I stay for 4 nights one time only they clean the...
