Parking is available both at the property directly in front of the house and on the street. Pets and events are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the apartment. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Please ensure all windows, doors are closed and electronic devices are turned off when leaving.



The hosts live on-site but not in the booked property. Please note that towels and bath towels are not provided, though kitchen towels are available. A tourist tax will be collected locally upon arrival.
