"The room was great! staff was excellent! Check in went smoothly as did check-out. Have to admit the breakfast has gone down some as I recall there used to be more hot and ready-made items, but I am sure with staff reductions and money savings, going to more self-serve items to be warmed up and cleaner ways to make things (pancake maker rather than waffle maker) definitely helps. We stay with your facility once to twice a year and have always had a good visit. Thanks again."

"We are repeat visitors…this place is awesome, especially for a family with grandkids. It is literally right on Lake Superior! Large enough to accommodate everyone, but also still a cozy homey feel. So close to parks, trails, and small town restaurants. "

"This place was amazingly beautiful. The views are breath taking. The fireplace and brids were our TV for the weekend. We played cribbage, and other board games. Enjoyed the sauna and the trails down to the water. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean and organized! We enjoyed our peaceful retreat. Ours hosts let us know that we could get in a bit early. It was a home away from home. Lots of cozy chairs, couches and blankets to lounge around in. Beds we super comfy with plenty of pillows! The guest journals we fun to read and everyone had beautiful things to say about their stay. We will definitely come back."
