Very friendly, cheerful & helpful staff on reception & at breakfast. The breakfast was exceeded our expectations- it was very busy at 8.30 on Sunday morning but the staff kept everything well topped up & with a cheerful smile. The room was clean & functional with a very good shower. The manager dealt with a corridor issue promptly & professionally. For the price could not fault the hotel & would definitely stay again when visiting family in Bristol despite it being a little out of the way.,

The staff was so helpful considering that it was my first time in the city. Ana who was at the reception attended to me and was so patient answering all my questions. She acted professionally and also in promoting IHG. Helped with adding my IHG points. She is an asset to the organisation. My room was so clean and very quiet. I understand the breakfast is free but can do with more options and fresh fruits. Overall a very good budget hotel and would make it my place of stay anytime I am on Bristol due to good customer service and nice environment.

The room was exceptionally clean as was the bathroom. There was constant hot water in the shower. The bed was comfortable, although I did find the pillows a bit unforgiving. The soundproofing was excellent, which ensured a good night’s sleep.

Staff were great, location suited us and the room was very basic and small but ok. Biggest issue was that the shower was not clean, big clump of hair on the shower gel and yellow liquid on the floor. Breakfast was great. Also it wasnt easy to park as it shares a car park with a pub that was very busy the night we arrived.
