"The service was very good. Folks were helpful. Though sometimes my requests weren't well understood. The facilities weren't great. I had to change my room because the toilet seat wouldnt shut properly and the shower wouldnt turn on properly. The new room was ok, but i dont think it was vented correctly because it would sometimes have a sewage smell in the room. This was especially bad on my last night there. Food was ok. Nothing spectacular, but not bad. Overall, a serviceable and not a terrible stay. But I wouldn't be eager to stay there next time. Oh, and there is no pool at this hotel. The pool is at The Crescent, and guests are allowed to go over there (not the same thing as having one on property)."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. All the staff from the time I arrived were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. If I ever revisit Goa, I will stay at the hotel."
