"I was very impressed with our recent stay at this property. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always checking to make sure we had what we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, we were not disturbed by noisy neighbours, and the location was ideal for accessing all the main attractions. The only thing we missed was a pool and/or hot tub! "

"I had a great stay at Rialto. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and my room was very clean. They also gave me a free upgrade and some cans of sparkling water in my room when I arrived (with a personalized note). The location of the hotel is great too. Within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and the inner harbour. The only thing I would say wasn’t ideal is the parking situation. Their parking garage is across the street and you need to walk a half of a block to get there. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!"

"Spacious well appointed room. Comfortable bed but came home with bruised shins from repeatedly hitting bed frame. Best location near attractions, shops and restaurants. Disappointed both pool and hot tub closed for renovations. Would have booked elsewhere had we known. Wonderful staff."
