"We wouldn't have booked this accommodation (or any accommodation in St. Andrews, to be fair) had I not been able to use my Tesco Clubcard vouchers. It did seem very pricey! However, the room was clean and comfortable, and had most of the things we needed for a one-night stay. I thought it was a bit odd that there wasn't hand-soap in the bathroom, and even odder that there were no hangers in the wardrobe! Overall, though, it was fine for a night."

"Great location! Less than a 2 min walk to the Old Course Pavilion. 5 min walk to get to the grocery stores and shops. Definitely would stay here again in the future. Parking is in front of the property on a first come basis. "

"Beware light sleepers of L001 and L002, under the bar and restaurant. Noise every night to the wee hours."

"If you are looking to sleep then this isn’t the place. Bar downstairs is loud beyond belief and the road noise feels like your sleeping in the middle of the road. If you’re looking to have fun with your mates and party then it’s perfect. We would not stay here again."
