"This is a little gem not to miss. I was in a crunch trying to find a reasonably priced hotel and stumbled upon this. The manager went above and beyond several times through out my time there, and ensured that we had everything that we needed to be comfortable. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all amenities needed. Breakfast was highly appreciated. Evidently this is a popular place to stay because they are always fully booked."

"Just what we were looking for to get away from the city for a few days. Directions were easy and the neighborhood is quiet. Plenty of amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen, coffee, water, toiletries, and a full-sized washer and dryer which came in handy after some rain and a few days on the water. Will definitely stay again."

"The home owner was amazing and helpful and property is amazing for family get togethers. Only thing that surprised us was it did not have 3 queen. Beds. One room had a twin with a trundle pull out that was a blow up mattress and the rooms were very small. Other than that it was amazing and the home owner was amazing."

"The outside lawn needed to be mowed and edged. Weeds needed to be pulled from the rose garden. A pool had a black torn tarp and was not available to use. A coke machine was out of order. The room itself was okay. Bed sheets clean. The bathroom floor needed to be scrubbed. The tile and grout needed to be scrubbed."
