"Convenient location, friendly front desk staff. Called ahead of time to confirm my reservation and the person I spoke with was courteous and professional. Absolutely the most uncomfortable bed that I ever slept on. The towels were stained. There were no hand towels or face cloth, only a very rough bath towel.
