"Have been before to this boutique hotel and the standard has never failed. Guy on reception was friendly and pleasant. Advised that food wasn’t available atm in the hotel but that he would telephone two down at the Seamill Hydro Hotel for dinner and gave us a voucher for breakfast at same hotel. "From the outside this hotel looks rundown. The decor inside needs to be upgraded. Disappointed with the bathroom as there was a smell coming from the shower basin. This was remedied by putting water in the shower plug. In the morning, we could not get hot water from the shower. However, having said that, the staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful.
