"The facility was nicely designed, modern and clean with convenient nice touches in the room. There is a peekaboo view of the river and a nice lap pool to swim. It is conveniently located with an easy walk to good food, desserts and coffee. Lots of music and live bands too, so it will get noisy in the room as the sound echos. On a Fri-Sat night it will be loud music and go on to 2am but on Sunday and week nights it wasn’t too loud. We had 2 rooms, my wife and I and our 2 adult kids enjoyed our stay!"

"This place was magical. It was private, secluded but in the middle of the city and had more charm than I can describe. It was sooooo much better than staying in some hotel on the highway. And, it felt very 'Austin'. Parking was easy, bed was comfortable, coffee was good, everything was super clean. Charm, charm, charm. I will for sure stay here in the future."

"The property worked for our dogs; however, we did not use the backyard due to concern about mushrooms growing my the tree and not trusting our dogs to stay away from them.The rooms were of reasonable size - especially the back bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Having a washer and dryer was great.There was a problem with trash can. It didn't get picked up by the city on Tuesday; which I notified the owners about. On Tuesday night or Wednesday morning it tipped over (raccoons or some other critter I would guess), and it took until Friday for the owners to clean it up."
