"Lovely room, brllliant staff"

"Nice older building. Despite the nicks, dings, old furnishings, and imperfections the hotel has a very nice atmosphere. Additionally, the staff are all exceptionally nice. I suggest visiting the bar if you enjoy a nice quiet conversation with a pint. There was a great selection of beers. I would highly recommend a visit to the Great Malvern Priory church. "Overall lovely hotel. We were unlucky with a room with a musky fishy smell which detracted from all the other lovely room features. I did notice some cobwebs in the room and a few patches of touch up white paint which didnt quite match which normally I would overlook. Staff lovely and room quiet. breakfast good and grounds wonderful. "

"Stayed at the manor hotel for a night with my partner, we both thought the hotel was great. We used the spa and loved the discount for hotel guests. The service was amazing, the staff very helpful and welcoming. In regard to the facilities we didn’t have a shower that worked HOWEVER this was quickly rectified by the hotel desk. We had two options, 1. We move rooms or 2. We can use the shower in an unused room. They were so lovely in the situation and I had everything I needed, thank you...

"Lovely quiet property in the countryside "

"Overall, it was an absolutely lovely stay. Me and my partner booked it very last minute and it did not disappoint. The room was lovely and clean with an amazing view. The facilities were lovely and clean. However, I do feel because we were a younger couple, we felt the staff looked down on us a little and didn’t feel as welcoming as other elder couples.
