"Very nice, clean, and well-maintained hotel! The afternoon/early evening desk clerk was uber nice, friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and clean. Everything was top notch. The only thing that was a little odd was the morning desk clerk had stepped away at 10:45 am (of all times!) and left a key deposit box out. That doesn't work for me. I want the personal hand-off to satisfy my OCD. I had someone to alert her and I waited. Not a complaint, just an observation. EXCELLENT property in...

"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The customer service was by far the worst part of the experience. The front desk staff was rude, unhelpful, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience instead of paying guests.
The room was not clean. It was obvious that housekeeping did not do a thorough job before we checked in, which made our stay very uncomfortable.
