  • This is a beautiful and modern house with 4 double bedrooms and a large family room in the heart of East Yorkshire it is listed for 12 and would accommodate this many easily without feeling cramped with 2600sq ft of living space. Its location is fantastic for day trips being within half an hour of 3 historic towns York, Beverly & Howden .We have a wild life sanctuary 2 miles away a trip to the seaside takes around 40 minutes, a walk across the iconic Humber Bridge is a must. We're also within driving distance to the wolds way and if you don't fancy driving there are plenty of local walks. The property also has the benefit of electric gates.
