New renovated and located on water terrace, infrared sauna, fireplace, good WLAN

Our Zeelandmuschel has been freshly renovated and furnished by us and is situated in a family-friendly holiday park close to the beach. Our house offers plenty of privacy and is beautifully situated on a large, mature plot by the water, featuring a lovely waterside terrace. On cooler days, the fireplace and infrared sauna provide cosy warmth.

In the spacious living-dining room, you’ll find beautiful whitewashed oak parquet flooring, with a cosy corner sofa set positioned in front of a warm, enclosed fireplace. Four Smart TVs receive international and German TV and radio programmes via satellite. An Apple TV box is also available on all Smart TVs. Wi-Fi (150 Mbit connection!!) is available throughout the house. The Wi-Fi is free of charge.

The kitchen is new, very well and fully equipped. You will find brand-name appliances such as a Neff dishwasher, induction hob, an oven and a Nespresso machine.

Next to the kitchen island is a cosy dining table that seats up to 5 people.

The 3.5 bedrooms are equipped with ample cupboard space, blackout blinds and beds. The master bedroom has enough space for a travel cot, for example.

Adjacent to the newly designed entrance area is a freshly renovated, spacious shower room with an infrared sauna and toilet. The second bathroom (with bath and toilet) is situated between the two east-facing bedrooms on the ground floor and has also been freshly renovated. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a 2.0m x 1.60m double bed with two 80x200cm mattresses; bedroom 2 has two single beds, each with an 80x200cm mattress. The third bedroom has a 1.80m double bed with two 80x200cm mattresses. Bedrooms 1 and 3 feature a wall-mounted TV for cosy evenings.

A narrow staircase leads up to a cosy loft with three Velux roof windows. Here, there is another smart TV with a CD/DVD player, and you can access the open-plan fourth bedroom (1 x 80 x 187 cm single bed), which is ideal for children due to the sloping ceiling (no standing headroom) and has no door. The gallery also features a large desk with natural light.

The house (100 sq m) sits on a very spacious, approx. 620 sq m, south-west facing plot, which slopes down to a small lake, offers plenty of privacy and is beautifully overgrown with trees and shrubs. On the spacious terrace, there is a garden table with chairs for 6 people, as well as several sun loungers and a parasol. The second terrace is situated right by the water and is perfect for relaxing in the sun. The garden is not visible from the street. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house.

Further parking spaces are located diagonally opposite on the other side of the road.

The Summio Holiday Park has an excellent, largely refurbished infrastructure, which is particularly suitable for families and active holidaymakers:

In addition to an indoor play area, mini-golf, tennis court, football pitch, trampoline and numerous playgrounds, there is a restaurant (Jeanzz) on the Grevelingermeer serving the best spare ribs, and a new Spar supermarket with a wide range of products and fresh bread rolls every day.
Furthermore, Port Greve marina is within walking distance, where you can take sailing and diving courses.
The beach at Brouwersdam, with its surf schools and beach restaurants, is about an 8-minute drive away.

A travel cot and a high chair can be hired on request.

- Utility costs* Gas, electricity and water €5.00/day May–Sept., €7.00/day Oct.–April as a flat rate; actual consumption is recorded daily and deducted from the deposit.

You have the option of bringing your own bed linen, bath mats, towels and tea towels, or borrowing them from our property management team with two days’ notice.

Arrival/Departure:
Check-in from 4 pm contact-free via a key safe and check-out by 10 am.
We are available to answer any questions at any time during your stay.
