"The house was absolutely perfect. It is so beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Definitely a first choice stay when my family and I return to Lubbock. 10 out of 5 stars!! "

"The owner is very nice. He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Main St. Pizza also has good food and ice cream, next-door to the hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. It is very nice and clean. If I have any business in Hobbs or Lubbock, I will definitely drive an hour to stay at The Hotel Texan instead of staying at any other hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay while visiting Texas Tech. Very spacious home with privacy for 2 couples to share. Short drive to campus with off street parking for 2 vehicles. Only complaint was that it was warm at night, however the host did provide fans for each of the bedrooms which helped. "

"We wanted a house with a garage so we didn’t have to unload the car for TTU move-in. The house was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would have made it better was if it were closer to campus, but well worth it to not have to unload and reload for a night."

"Great stay in Lubbock for four friends in for the game. Pics are spot on, new construction neighborhood, garage parking, the house is well stocked with amenities and appliances. Great communication with the owner and was allowed to check in early. 5star stay all the way. I’ll stay here again next time. "

The host gave great directions to the house which were needed since it is a new build and not found on Apple maps. It is found on Google Maps, though! We had everything we needed!
