"I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent four-night stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that our room was not cleaned once during our entire stay. Additionally, upon checking in, we noticed the bathroom was not stocked with basic toiletries such as hand wash or shampoo. Even it was not refilled despite requesting for refill.
