Grand Hotel Casselbergh Bruges
The breakfast hot stuff was cold. I stayed 2 nights and it happened both days. Doesn't matter if early morning or later. I would expect better service on that kind of hotel.

Really helpful staff. Even gave us a welcome gift & local info. Lovely looking room but when i separated the beds the floor was filthy. Staff resolved immediately.
