"I traveled there by my own car. Street parking was available, and the location was easy to find. The address and location itself were good. "My room was fine, with a nice spacious bathroom. The room overlooked the inner courtyard atrium, so it didn’t have natural light or a view. There were a couple of maintenance issues which I reported, and they were resolved quickly."

"This is an attractive, upscale hotel, very well located in Trencin. Limited outdoor parking behind the hotel. Attractive room and dining room. But lots of downsides and annoyances: front desk staff not particularly friendly or helpful, hallway motion detector lights went on slowly and went off quickly, no night table on my side of the bed (had to turn over trash can and use that), kitchen in restaurant closes at 8:30pm, no desk chairs, flakey internet (disconnects), paper cups in bathroom, side-by-side elevators with separate controls, no soap in shower (just shampoo). In those ways, a disappointing stay, although the hotel was very attractive."

"Beautiful property. Owner does not speak English which made the check in difficult. It’s a self check in and we were not given our room number which should have been in the welcome email, but was not. When calling owner to find out room number, she kept giving the code to the front door instead. We were saved by another guest who was able to work out which room was ours. "
