The hotel is located overlooking Como and a short walk from the funicular into the city. It's comfortable and has an at home feeling. Raoul and his staff go out of their way to make this place feel at home. They've put their heart and soul into this place and I've never felt more welcome.

Eher kleines, aber sehr helles und freundliches Zimmer. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl in einem sehr hübschen Frühstücksraum, und auch Außenbestuhlung, so dass wir beim Frühstücken die sommerlichen Temperaturen nutzen konnten.

Die Unterkunft war und ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Selbst der Chef fasst mit an und gestaltet den Aufenthalt angenehm. Sehr zuvorkommend und absolut zu empfehlen.

Pittoresk hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel. Geen overdreven luxe maar gewoon goed. Kamers waren schoon en voldoende handdoeken. Geen airco. Maar dat wisten we. Wel een extra waaier. Bij ontvangst een welkoms drankje gehad en bij vertrek een lokale prosecco fles! Locatie en ligging is top. Boven op berg.

Autentisk hotel med behagelig betjening

Hotellet er af ældre dato og svært at komme til i bil på grund af de små smalle bjergveje. Men hotellet leverer hvad det lover og betjeningen er fremragende og yderst venlig. Vi havde en god overnatning i hjertet af Brunate, med en familie på fire. Forvent ikke fem stjerner men ægte norditaliensk autencitet.

Hyggelig vert, men meget enkelt sted høyt oppe i fjellsiden. Vi kjørte opp, og det var med hjerte i halsen på smale elendige veier. Steder egner seg best for unge par som søker enkel overnatting. Trangt rom og bad.

A éviter absolument. Le pire de notre séjour

Description sur hotels.com. Hotel 3 étoiles, parking, wifi, personnel polyglotte, vue sur le lac, chambre 20 m2. Rien de tout ceci n'est correct. Le parking gratuit est bien présent, mais façon tetris. Si votre véhicule est au fond, il faut retrouver le propriétaire des véhicules qui vous bloquent. Wifi présent mais lent et instable. Vue sur le lac était en fait vue sur la maison d'en face. La chambre (102) est située au dessus du bar : super bruyant. Le minibar indiqué dans la description est manquant. Taille de la chambre, grand max 15 m2 au lieu des 20. Salle de bain étriquée, assis sur les toilettes, il faut laisser la douche ouverte pour avoir de la place aux genoux. Le personnel parle italien, quelques mots de français ou d'anglais, mais insuffisamment pour établir une conversation. J'ai vécu 2 ans en Sicile, je connais les pizzas, la pizza diavola qui m'a été servie est la pire que j'ai pu goûter, moins bonne que les Sodebo en France (pâte trop épaisse, mal cuite, charcuterie + sauce pimentée au lieu du salami piquante. J'ai demandé de la sauce piquante, sans me demander quoique ce soit, le serveur me l'a retirée alors que je n'avais pas encore terminé. Je commande une petite bière, on me facture plus chère que le prix affiché pour une grande. Le coca est facturé 4 euros, pour ce tarif, il est juste posé sur la table. Bref avons l'impression de nous être fait arnaquer par un établissement très moyen qui facture au tarif des prestations haut de gamme.

Hôtel authentique, idéal pour une famille, le cadre extérieur et la vue sur le lac de Côme sont magnifiques, et le gérant, Mario d’une gentillesse incroyable....en plus il y a un funiculaire qui nous descend au lac de Côme à 20 mètres de l’hôtel....Le petit déjeuner est très sympa...

Einfach aber perfekte Lage

Sehr einfache ausgestattete Appartments. Die Anlage verfügt über drei gepflegte Pools die aber leider erst ab 8:30 öffnen und bereits um 19:00 schließen. Perfekte Lage in der Bucht von Manerba mit ausreichend Restaurants in der Umgebung. Service ist freundlich und schnell aber recht eingeschränkt.

One of the best hotels in Italy!

The owners of the hotel were extremely nice and accommodating to my daughter who was having trouble walking due to a bug bite that had swollen up her whole leg. The restaurant had delicious and fresh food, and the cook was also so kind.
