Wonderful

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this cute home. We were close to our church conference location. The location was centrally located by shopping centers and a beach. I would definitely book this home again.

Great stay

Our stay was very nice perfect for our crew! Communication was really easy and so was the checking in and check out process. Can’t beat the price of this Verbo. we will definitely be coming back.

Perfect location

This was a great location with easy entrance in and out. Just a few minutes from St. Simons Island and the downtown area. I would stay here again. The lawn could definitely use some immediate attention. The smell of mothballs upon entering each time is not pleasant and the bath tube can use a little remodeling. None of this would prevent me from staying here again. I noted these things because I like to be honest in my review. Overall, this place gets a 10 from myself and the other 2 guests.

Great House Unit 1

This is a great house in a great location. Clean and neat. We stayed in unit 1. It is a 2 unit house though. We had understood from the listing that it was a single family home. Owner was very responsive.

Not bad

Clean enough but needs a bit of updating. Some of the basics missing. Dish sponge .extra toilet paper etc. having to contact the owner so I could adjust the air conditioning was kind of silly. The place was pretty warm when I first got there. All in all it was fine. Just needs a little bit more care. The bed in the room that we stayed in needs a new frame. Very squeaky but the mattress was comfortable.

Comfortable stay

Nice place but a little run down. Needs a good cleaning. Lawn was not mowed which I am confused why you wouldn’t want to leave a good first impression. Kitchen was adequate, always cool ac, but I was concerned about a warning on the smart thermostat saying low battery, replace now! I was concerned that the ac would not work once the thermostat ran out of battery. The property manager assured me that it would still run and maintain the temperature. The property is a little deceiving from the outside. It’s actually a duplex with a small cottage in the back yard. We parked on the front lawn at the direction of the property manager. Overall it was comfortable, and adequate for our needs. The fees are a little ridiculous based on the cleanliness of the property.
