Hotel was old and they had leaks. It was pouring rain and the entry vestibule had an inch of water that you walked into room. The heater kept going off and tv did not work. We asked for extra towels and were told no only one per customer and I might add they were small towels. Receptionist was good and very helpful and told us they were planning on remodelling next year. For the price quoted it was too much. Also we only stayed one night due to problems. We moved to a Radissonn property and it was 100% better

Ne reviendra pas malgré les promotions

Chambre en 2 lits. Il faudrait qu'ils changent les matelas, les ressorts ressortent. Au niveau de la salle de bain, wc qui n'arrêtent pas de couler toute la nuit, serviettes en piteux état, a changer rapidement, porte serviette qui tombe des qu'on met une serviette dessus. Le plateau de courtoisie inutilisable. Bouilloire branche sur domino, fil dénudé. Pile dans télécommande inexistante .

Très mauvais

Je demande le remboursement. C’est honteux !! Payer un tel prix pour un service comme celui ci !! Vous pouvez compter sur moi pour vous faire une bonne image . Vous savez aujourd’hui avec tous nos moyens de communication cela peut aller très vite ! Cordialement J’attends de vous un retour

Needing Improvements

The service was superb but the infrastructure, electrical plugs and maintenance was poor, though everything work well and I will not book this location again. Customer service was excellent though.

Proche de l’aéroport

Idéal pour prendre un vol tôt le matin.Parking gratuit. Juste ce qu’il faut s’il s’agit juste de dormir et prendre une douche. Bouilloire dans la chambre pour un petit café avant de partir. Chambre bien chauffée par des convecteurs électriques.

De kamers waren zodanig verouderd en slecht dat het eigenlijk schandalig was dat ze in deze staat verhuurd werden. Bedden waren slecht. Receptie was oké. Personeel was vriendelijk. Locatie ten opzichte van Zaventem Airport prima.

La dimension de la chambre, presque carrée, est très agréable. Le lit bien large pour bien dormir à 2 sans se gêner. La chambre bien chauffée. Bonne captation wifi. Le buffet petit-déjeuner était très varié et très bon. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts. On est proches de l'aéroport mais on n'a pas eu de bruit.

Värsta hotellet jag har varit på. Det första vi fick göra var att skrubba toaletten. Det fanns blod på vägarna. Rummet var jättesmutsigt. Dessutom hörde vi folk hela natten som hade sex. Kändes som vi besökte en bordel. Frukosten öpnade för sen för oss (kl7.30) och vi fick inte pengarna tillbaka, även om det inte står på deras webbsida. Bilderna ser absolut inte ut som verkligheten.

Very disappointing

We arrive at 2am. The night reception man was very unfriendly. The room had no curtains only sheer covering so we had to use the metal security shutters for privacy. The interior was extremely tired to say the least. Thankfully we only stayed one night. The only plus side was the lady daytime receptionist who was very helpful and told us how to get to Brussels on public transport.

Renovatie is een must......

Dit hotel is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Verwaarloosd en daarom veel te duur. Beter iets bijleggen en elders gaan. Ontbijt vanaf 7 u 30. Dit is te laat. De meesten moeten om 8 u of 8 u 30 beginnen.

This can't be called hotel!!!!! Horrible

What a horrible experience!! Stay as far away as possible! Rooms look horrible, they are not clean, furniture is old and towels are cheap and dirty, I had to skip shower. On top of that, they could not give me an iron and ironing board, telling me I am the first one to ask for this... And all of this when I paid £170 for one night. Asking for a refund!!

Hotel war gut gelegen und durch eine gute Busanbindung konnte man Brüssel auch ohne Auto erkunden. Das Zimmer war älter und das Bad sah ziemlich herunter gekommen aus. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Für eine Nacht ok
