For the money, this was a good hotel. Only thing was no hotel shuttle. Public transportation. Bus 272. Finally figured out where to bus bus ticket.

Disgusting property. The toilet in my room hardly been cleaned and was absolutely disgusting. With a foul smell. Switched to another room wasn’t much better. The carpets are all stained. The comforter had blood stains on it. Horrible.

Disgusting. Filthy. Vile! Our room smelled of sewer gas and they said there were no other rooms and that this happens now and again. Couldn’t sleep because of it. The whole place needed a significant dusting. The staff, bar and restaurant were nice though.

Our room was very dirty, the non lobby areas were very shabby with trash and gross carpet, and there were a lot of issues with the bathroom. The floor was wet when we got there, the hair dryer didn’t work, the shower was small and slanted so everything fell off the rack, etc. Since there was no phone in the hotel room I tried to go to the desk but every time there was a huge line of people checking in, so there was no way for me to get help unless I stood there in my pajamas with wet hair. The rooms were also very tiny and they only gave you one pillow per person. I would not recommend this place

Nice room, the staff was not friendly

We come and check-in later in the night , the staff was not so friendly, he don't tell us the parking system there, it take very long time to find out how to park in a car. The room is fint but we got the room with the door in side you kan open to another's room. It feels not safe. I can hear what they saying in another room. We stay oniy one night

Spend the but extra and stay literally anywhere else. To start off, we did use an Expedia deal and some Expedia points on this booking so perhaps that could explain part of our experience. The room was a disaster. In terms of cleanliness there was none - half of the towels were dirty, there was garbage along a ledge in the room from a past guest, mold all over the ceiling, dust everywhere and the toilet wasn't clean. In terms of upkeep - the bed was noticeably sagging towards the middle (think elevated feet), the hand soap was only in the shower (near the sink was a container of watered down body wash?), the TV didn't work, and the shower didn't drain. Added on top of all that the window had been left open so there were some bug friends already in the room when we entered. To be fair, we were exhausted so we did not say anything to the staff (they didn't ask about our stay either), we just wanted to get some sleep and get the heck out of there. We do have to give credit to the staff, which were very helpful and friendly at check in, and despite having low expectations for the food, we did enjoy our drinks and (overpriced) pizzas. That said, I wish I had read the reviews and spent a bit more to stay somewhere else!

Room was small but clean and efficient. Getting back to car rental at Zaventem in total dark and rainy conditions, without decent signage was a scary experience but I am by now very used to it. Nothing wrong with the hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly! It seemed like they enjoyed their job!
