Ok hostel

I wanna make sure everybody knows when you first come in if you’re gonna put your luggage in there, it is three euros per bag to store your luggage before you can check in. Then there’s no air conditioning no fans you have to leave the windows open and the noise was so loud you can’t sleep. It was absolutely horrifying. The hustle itself was OK

The place closes to Grand Place, lots to see and eat in short walking distance. But it could get noises from outside at night. The bed is ok, washroom is clean, and inside the room. Good for short stays.

Sufficient, but lackluster

The beds were minimal, literally a thin cheap foam on top of a metal frame. There wasn't much room for more than one person to put checked baggage at a time. Other than that it was an adequate stay with friendly staff

had this hostel booked for 2 nights but ended up staying only 1. the elevator door was broken. luckily the guy behind the desk “made an exception” or else i would have had to carry my large checked bag up about 5 flights of stairs. there’s no accommodations but the location is great. the walls are insanely thin. if you’re a light sleeper, look somewhere else. the beds and lockers are very rickety. it was somewhere to sleep and honestly fine for the price, but probably wouldn’t go back.

The reception clerk is very unfriendly. When I told him that the toilet was not flushing properly, he tried to convince me to keep using that room. When I tried to request swapping to a new room, he did not say yes but kept convincing me to use the old one. When I arrived first, he decided to take care of the 2nd customer coming after me. I wish this male front desk guy working on Aug 4th 2024 got the "recognition" he deserved.
