A timeless Craftsman residence located in the desirable Bryan Historic District. Minutes from revitalized Downtown Bryan shops and restaurants. Indulge in our recently updated space with 3 oversized bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 2 spacious living areas, (queen size murphy bed). Beaming natural light is plentiful in this home away from home. A massive dining room, and an open kitchen/breakfast concept makes entertaining a breeze. 2-car carport with parking for more available.

Our place is a short 3 minute walk from the FREE downtown Bryan Aggie Game day shuttle. Walking distance from numerous dining options and 1 minute walk from an elementary school with playground options for all ages (including basketball goals).
